The Corner Could Change Forever
A proposed development would replace the Seabright Plaza with a 6 story residential living facility for senior citizens. While we support senior living facilities, we do not support tearing down our local plaza for this purpose. If approved, a dozen local businesses could be forced out.
These are real jobs, real families, and a real piece of Santa Cruz history. Once it's gone, it's gone.
